LOS ANGELES (AP) — U.S. officials said Tuesday that the FBI and its European partners infiltrated and seized control of a major malware network used for more than 15 years to commit a gamut of online crimes including crippling ransomware attacks. That rate comes from a 2.9% tax from the state, a 4.81% tax from the city and county, a 1% tax from the Regional Transportation District (RTD), as well as a .1% "Scientific and Cultural Facilities District" tax, which applies to counties in the Denver metro area. However, in nearby Commerce City, that rate is 9.25%.
